Introduction

This is a flanger with the particularity that the LFO is synchronizable to the tempo with different waveforms (triangle, sin, square, triangle exponential, random...) and a smoothing factor for the waveform, so that you can achieve some new effects not available on classical flangers.

Parameters

base delay
the center value around which the flanger will evolve.
feedback
the amount of signal that is fed back to the input. It determine the selectivity of the comb filter.
saturation
rate
expressed in Hz in normal mode or in number of resolution in sync mode.
depth
the amount of variance of the LFO around the base delay
smooth
a lowpass filter that smoothes the LFO variations, it can be interresting to use with a square wave or a random LFO.
waveform
the shape of the LFO: triangle, sinus, saw, reversed saw, square, exponential triangle, uniform noise and sinusoidal ;noise:
sync
mix dry/wet
resolution
musical unit in which the LFO rate is expressed, from 1/128 to 1 bar with all the subdivisions between.
